Song sheet – this is a well known song; all you song birds be in good voice. Have fun teaching the song.
Even the older children LOVE making a noise.

Colour the single pages and mount on cardboard for strength.
This is a well known song, so allow the children to be responsible for holding up the animal when it is mentioned in the song.
Perhaps you’d like to extend the talk, mentioning where, in creation, these animals fit.
The heart and smile is added too.
Sing the song a few times to make the children aware of the animals.
Line cards up, talk about song again; talk about the animals; mention how much Jesus loves them.
Children in years 1-3 are really happy with the colour page of animals.
Children in years 4-7 love the word find puzzle.

HOW TO USE
Suggestions of appropriate lessons with fish are:
* The Apostle Peter fishing and catching nothing until Jesus turned up... What happened?
* Jesus multiplying the loaves and the fish ... When a child gives what they have to Jesus.
* Blow up to A3 size and Make a poster with fish on separate sheet
* Easy fish recipes such as Salmon & Lettuce Sandwiches that kids can make and bring to an ‘end-of-lesson Fish-Party’
You might care to enlarge the underwater “fish page” to A3 to allow older students to be more creative/use the A3 size as a poster.
Make a posterwith the fish used on the separate sheet.
At the end of the exercise (1 or 2) weeks, have a fish meal; allow children to bring a fish dish/fish and chips,
and talk about fishing expeditions Jesus was party to.
You might like to mention the concept of “fishers of men” depending on class ages.
For added visual aids, use library books, magazines etc on different species with an exphasis on “God is good, so great, He cares for His creation.”
Make a fish pond, with the usual mechanics of magnets – don’t forget the fishing rod!
